IT Manager / Sr. Systems Analyst- Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems, assess the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors and programmers. Plan a system flow from the ground up, Interact with internal users and customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business required documents.Responsible for oversight, direction, planning, implementation and coordination of all, technical and security services within the organization.Managing information technology and computer systems. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Hardware and software asset management, purchasing, hardware and software licensing. Manage software deployments and configurations, provide training for software to end users. Manage the IQ/OQ/PQ validation process and documentation for computer systems and develop validation plans, test plans, test cases, and validation report for computer systems. Ensure regulatory compliance and serve as the representative for company initiatives.
