I started this company with the help of my dad when I was just 13 years old. I started out going into local gun shops and giving sales pitches, then eventually worked my way up to making excel spreadsheets of various leads with gun shops around the country to call. I grew the company sales from $0 to about $30,000 per year before selling the company due to college and time restraints. I was involved in every aspect of the business; I created and sent out miniature versions of our targets as "sample packs" to gun shops that were interested. I helped customers use their own custom target designs for their orders, and personally created over 30 new target designs that were added to our inventory over the life of the company.

I worked at Toys R Us as both, a cashier, and a crew member on the floor helping customers. I worked the holiday season and learned to adapt to the fast paced working environment checking out up to 150-200 customers in an 8hr shift. I also learned to work with the public; I regularly interacted with distraught or angry customers and learned how to best calm them down and help them find what they need.
