As an Electronic Systems Sales Representative with SimplexGrinnell I am responsible for developing the markets in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Recently SimplexGrinnell assigned the additional role of Regional account representative in charge of construction coordination and customer service for one of our best clients in the State of California. This includes a portfolio of between 60 and 70 individual sites in the state.I presently have a full range of customer mix that consists of, electrical contractors, colleges, schools, hospitals, large hotels, resort villas, residential care for the elderly, factories, power plants, building owners, casinos and electrical engineers. As a technical representative with Simplex Time Recorder Company extensive experience was gained in support of, software based fire alarm systems, hardwired fire alarm systems as well as multiplexing and token ring network fire alarm systems. During tenure with Simplex San Bernardino, CA was the responsible technician for the installation of the first 4120-networked Fire alarm system at Boron Federal Prison Camp. Other experience was gained on commercial security systems, combination Fire/security. Worked as a "technical install” support specialist dealing mainly with supporting crews who are installing simplex equipment during new construction, During my employment as a Technical Representative I received three quarterly (bronze) awards at the branch office level for outstanding performance. I was selected to be the lead technical representative for Disneyland’s Grand California Hotel fire alarm system installation project. I was also awarded the regional (silver) award for technical excellence Because of my successful performance on the project.

Responsibilities as a Technical Instructor at Interstate Electronics included preparing and presenting Operation and Maintenance courses, as well as Design Acquaintance, and Orientation courses. Specialties involved test instrumentation systems on board the Poseidon, Trident I, and Trident II submarines. Related hardware includes the Velocity and Position Reference System (VPRS), Data Recording Subsystem (DRS), and the Integrated Data Acquisition System (IDAS). Temporary duty assignments included Grooming commissioned trident II submarines at the G.E. Electric Boat Facility in Groton Ct., Training Technicians at the Trident II Refit Facility in Kings Bay Georgia, and the Poseidon Submarine Eastern Test range at Cape Canaveral, Fl.I gained extensive experience in formal classroom environments as well as videotape-based training. Course attendees were Company Field Services employees, Navy submariners, as well as other navy, contractor, and Customer personnel. Experience also included development and presentation of formal curricula: guidelines for curricula development were in accordance with Military Standard 1379C.

Stationed at George AFB, CA as a Senior Airman and Electronic Warfare Systems Specialist in the 561st Aircraft Maintenance Unit with the 37th Tactical Fighter Wing. Extensive experience was gained on the AN/APR-38 radar homing, analysis, and warning system installed on the F-4G Advanced Wild Weasel.The AN/APR-38 weapon system is utilized in defense suppression of surface to air missiles and other threats that emit radar signals for tracking and guidance purposes. Other systems experience surrounds the AN/ALR-46 receiver set, AN/ALE-40 Chaff and Flair Dispenser, and the AN/ALQ-119 Jamming Pod.
