I am engaged as Lead Infrastructure Developer, delivering key security and infrastructure projects, including and not limited to design and deployment of new DNS solution, password management and integration. I am accountable for providing daily support for VMware, Hyper-V infrastructure and Cisco Technology stack. As Senior Infrastructure Analyst, reporting to Director of Global Cyber Security and IT Operations, responsible for driving migration to MS Exchange 365 and upgrading desktops end-user cyber security. I operated within team of 3 , focusing on Global IT infrastructure for 7 sites / ~500 users, delivering Exchange 365 migration with strict KPIs, governing downtime, loss of data and schedule adherence. Key achievements include: ◼ Investigated previous mailboxes still operational in Exchange 2008 for key data retention / deletion◼ Implemented Exchange 2010 server to reduce project lifecycle and improve deployment structure.◼ Migrated relevant mailboxes from 2008 to 2010 servers, incorporating hybrid 365 deployment. ◼ Migrated to 365 with zero service outages, lost data, to schedule and within budget for all 500 users.

As IT Security Analyst, reporting to Lead Enterprise Architect, responsible for operating as dedicated Cyber Security lead initially on interim basis, to have role confirmed as permanent business requirement to focus on implementing business-wide global multi-language Cyber Security awareness programme. I was required to design full global MPLS / SD-WAN solution, deploying solution across 13 offices and 2 data centres and responsible for aiding business to embed and deliver business continuity plans. Key achievements include:◼ Deployed / implemented fully monitored and maintained Cyber Security Solution for desktops / servers.◼ Discovered then halted international pharmaceutical counterfeiting gang, aiding Interpol, internal / external legal bodies / official pharmaceutical suppliers and multiple regional law enforcement agencies.◼ Rolled-out multi-language cyber security training solution for all levels of staff, I also rolled out CrowdStrike Falcon Complete service to provide a fully managed EDTR solution.

As Global Technology Analyst, reporting to Head of IT Technology, I was responsible for Windows images and software global deployment and procuring SD-WAN / MPLS service for 13 offices and 2 data centres. I was required to improve internet connectivity while integrating global networks, operating within team of 3, focusing on designing, then deploying new machine configurations. I was targeted to upgrade path to Windows 10 and replacing iPad solution, migrating from Legacy Windows Surface devices with stringent KPIs governing systems impacted and end user downtime logging. Key achievements include: ◼ Rolled out multiple language global i-pad solution across variety of purchasing options and countries. ◼ Renegotiated global internet connections that incorporate innovative ongoing bandwidth improvements.◼ Devised MPLS / SD-WAN hybrid solution with Microsoft ExpressRoute global installation, deploying services with zero network downtime while increasing bandwidth by 150% and reducing costs by 25%.

As Technical Manager and Engineer, reporting to CEO and Founder, I was responsible for leading the Technical team, supporting customers across complex array of industries, focusing on Freight sector projects. Key achievements include: ◼ Designed, then deployed cloud backup solution that could backup both on-premises data and cloud data, to present cost savings for customers of Able ICT and created an additional financial stream to Able ICT.◼ Aided Customs UK to implement and test new VPN technology for customs clearances migrating from legacy dedicated ISDN lines.

As Network Engineer, reporting to IT Support Manager, I was responsible for office in Central London, providing support to multiple clients, operating from Henley and London offices. I operated within team of 10, focusing on improving end-user support, targeted to enhance customer support with minimal KPIs. Key achievements include: ◼ Resolved key client issues following failed migration to cloud systems to prevent loss of account.◼ Aided business with server migrations to 2012 with no disruptions to services.◼ Migrated business to hosted platforms with full onsite maintenance, leading additional installation of Wireless Mesh and Bridge networks across business.

As ITS Manager, reporting to Finance Director, I was responsible for updating infrastructure by upgrading Microsoft Exchange 2003 cluster to Microsoft Exchange 2010 while also upgrading all servers to MS Windows Server 2008. I operated on a sole basis, designing visual solutions for retail organisations and football stadiums and was targeted to deliver system for video displaying on large LED boards with 0 downtime against strict KPIs.◼ Developed software for all retail units to enable real-time updating of interactive content.◼ Designed new video wall management system for Nike, Sports Direct and Harrods stores.◼ Delivered new system with 0 downtime, ensuring revenues were optimised during operations, as billing was generated per second from adverts displayed / visible to public.
