Performed process engineering and process development for electrodes and cell assembly. Managed new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI), and transfer to production while providing support for routine operations. Key unit operations involved mixing, coating, drying, web handling, calendering, slitting, and winding.

Engaged in process engineering and product development for fuel cell and alkaline electrolysis electrodes. Unit operations involved coating, laminating, drying, mixing, milling, and reaction engineering. Successfully developed and scaled up a novel catalytic material.

Provided process and technical support at the Mulwala Munitions Factory for R&D and production in propellant, high explosive and solvent preparation areas. Unit operations involved distillation, chemical reactions, mixing, drying, coating, and heat exchange.

Base metals, uranium, and PGM processing, reagent preparation: design and simulation of flowsheets. Unit operations encompassed leaching, ion exchange, solvent extraction, filtration, flotation, and heat exchange.
