I have a passion for all things digital, data, social and technology related. I've spent the last 8 years solely focusing on digital aspects of marketing having gained experience across many areas of the marketing mix throughout my career; hands-on driving transformation and change, and building a function from scratch with tech and digital capabilities (across web, search, display, social, video, email and analytics) inside the world's largest food and drink manufacturer, then making it operational and scaling it with the appropriate resources. This experience has given me a strong technical and commercial awareness of digital and ecommerce in order to understand how to optimise the customer experience and influence users to convert online.I am a motivated self-starter with a track record of leadership and people management experience, capable of building productive working relationships across functional teams and other areas of an organisation, as well as having the ability to collaborate as part of a wider marketing team or work independently, taking sole-ownership of projects. But what’s more important is that I enjoy what I do, and I have the enthusiasm to consistently deliver high impact and engaging marketing based on data and insights that have measurable business, customer and shareholder value.
