My experience in supporting all manners of customers from workshop personnel to vice presidents has enabled me to communicate in a clear, concise, effective and friendly manner.Technology Experience:I have experience in all Microsoft desktop operating systems as well as Apple macOS, from installs of operating systems using automated processes such as MDT and SCCM to end user deployment, patching and support. I am also highly versed in the hardware management of equipment, including rebuild of desktop, laptops and upgrades. As well as both hardware and operating system experience I am also the regional support person for all Airwatch mobile device management.
