I spent two months supporting British Airways during a business critical initiative, following recent periods of disruption that occurred throughout the summer. I evaluated customer's claims for EU261/2004 compensation and any applicable out of pocket expenses they may have incurred as a result of delays and cancellations. I empowered our colleagues to dedicate 1168 hours in 2019 through school visits, talks and mentoring; providing resources and knowledge, to help bridge the gap between school and the workplace.
