Working with a wide variety of individuals across Sales, Project Management, Customer and Operational Gateway teams from each company.• I work collaboratively with National and Key Account Performance Managers to identify new business opportunities, marketing new and existing IAG Cargo product offerings to compete with a wide range of competitors, providing tailored sales approached for each customer.• Driven to achieve revenue (QNNR), tonnage and yield targets inline with UKI and IAG Cargo commercial and financial forecasting, whilst continuing to hit KPIs pertaining to the development of customer relationships, upholding of business process and policy, and ensuring data accuracy and availability through Salesforce.• I manage a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders to support sales conversions and my customers; including influencing revenue requirements for project moves with Revenue Management, supporting build and handling requirements with operational teams across the UK and Ireland, coordinating with Road Freight Hauliers to provide feeder services, and requesting pricing and availability options for full aircraft charter options from British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus.

Developed an in-depth knowledge of airline distribution, IATAs New Distribution Capability (NDC) development and build, and supported British Airways' vision to be a leading player in IATA's NDC.• Account managed a portfolio of 78 accounts, including 76 NDC Service Providers, one Metasearch engine and one hybrid Leisure/Corporate agent. • Assisted with defect prioritisation, creation and acceptance of user stories and automated UAT testing and account certification. • Produced numerous communications pieces to attract new agents to BA’s NDC platform, working with Communications and Marketing to create welcome packs, technical help guides and news pieces.

I spent two months supporting British Airways during a business critical initiative, following recent periods of disruption that occurred throughout the summer. I evaluated customer's claims for EU261/2004 compensation and any applicable out of pocket expenses they may have incurred as a result of delays and cancellations. I also answered passenger feedback from their flights with British Airways, providing service recovery where necessary, all whilst maintaining BA service hallmarks.

• I managed British Airways’ relationship with UK schools and students to meet our employability agenda of hosting 4,000 students on work experience by 2021. This included; our Teacher Take Off Days for teachers, Your Flying Future evenings, career conferences, school visits and of course our Work Experience weeks. • In partnership with the Air League Trust, I designed and managed BA’s first Your Flying Future – Flying Experience Day hosting 200 students so they could experience flying a light aircraft for the first time. • I worked closely with internal departments across LHR/LGW and the regions to ensure students placements are in line with programmer strategy. I empowered our colleagues to dedicate 1168 hours in 2019 through school visits, talks and mentoring; providing resources and knowledge, to help bridge the gap between school and the workplace.
