With over 20 years’ experience advising executives and boards from leading brands, to start-ups throughout Australia and the UK, James has garnered a wealth of experience as a leader, board director and human resources consultant.More recently, James has worked closely with sectors that have been at the forefront of change and transformation. Prior to MHC, James held HR leadership positions with Vodafone, Coles Myer and Chandler Macleod, where he consulted to clients such as BHP, Serco, Glencore, Aurizon and a range of Government organisations.
