James Slade-Symons is the Founder & Managing Partner of Macarthur Human Capital (MHC), which has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. With over 20 years’ experience advising executives and boards from leading brands, to start-ups throughout Australia and the UK, James has garnered a wealth of experience as a leader, board director and human resources consultant.More recently, James has worked closely with sectors that have been at the forefront of change and transformation. His corporate advisory, organisational development and innovative HR practices have defined MHC as a highly regarded consultancy, with a reputation for optimising organisational impact, efficiency and commercial performance. Prior to MHC, James held HR leadership positions with Vodafone, Coles Myer and Chandler Macleod, where he consulted to clients such as BHP, Serco, Glencore, Aurizon and a range of Government organisations.
