• Worked with 22 stores that were part of the dealership group and about 20 additional customer franchises.• Enforced corporate initiatives when working with dealerships throughout the country.• Provided leadership on reroutes at many dealerships to achieve improved route efficiency, thereby decreasing employee and truck expenses which saved dealerships up to $100,000 per year.• Managed data conversions and software implementations, setup parameters, and tied out financial reports between different software systems while accounting for differences in the way the systems operated.• Wrote design and implementation proposals for software modifications including the creation of the service module, handhelds, service routing, and many reports. The service module made service routing more efficient while allowing management to measure service department productivity.
