Responsible for all Credit Management functions, obtaining payment by telephone and letter on turnover in the region of £80 million.. Reviewing DSO and targeting reduction for reporting to company directors. Introduction to company procedures of cash flow projection model with comparison to actual received. Preparation of accounts for litigation and liaison with company solicitors and representing the company at Court hearings. Authorising of new accounts and credit limits after obtaining relevant accounts, references and reports. Regular monitoring of existing customer terms and credit limits. Reviewing of domestic monthly direct debit customers to ensure revenue levels are sufficient to cover outstanding accounts. Management of Credit Insurance facility including monitoring of changes to insurable limits, negotiating policy renewals and dealing with claims.
