Currently field producing segments on Renovation Raiders for HGTV. • Fully responsible for the planning and filming of the “Spy Team” segments in very fast-paced, demanding, creative environments.• Actively involved with the creative direction of the series.• Collaborate with the rest of the producing team to complete all producing duties, including: developing story beats, casting, scheduling, crew booking, budgeting, completing notes and hot sheets, ensuring efficient workflow of crew and media from pre through post-production.• Successfully direct on-camera talent, both professional and amateur.• Negotiate with multiple locations for each episode, and work with location owners and PR and Marketing teams to ensure all publicity objectives are met.• Adapt to multiple, changing priorities under pressure.• Work with all cast and crew to produce an engaging, hit series for an international audience.

Magnetic Productions is a new, quickly-growing TV Production company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Chicago and with over a dozen projects either in production throughout the country or in active development. I successfully coordinated all aspects of our productions; from casting, crewing, job training, scheduling and filming to final delivery. I tracked project budgets and cash flow, and ensured all of the moving parts from pre-production, on-set production and post-production worked together to create a smooth, streamlined process. I also acted as liaison between production and the networks to ensure proper delivery of the finished product and all necessary deliverables. Further, I worked with vendors worldwide to secure product trade-outs and oversaw the execution of any contractual agreements, permits, cast and crew travel arrangements, gear coordination and releases.
