Oversee multi-generational family office including,• Asset Allocation• Venture Cap Analysis• Internal Reporting

• Projects included trade-off studies for ore handling systems, haulage studies, time studies for shaft efficiency, water balances, service hole drill programs, infrastructure sizing, and reporting and reconciliation.• Construction Management included heater installation and insulation, surface fan install and commissioning, propane farm installation, and other construction projects.• Ventilation included weekly surveys, calibration of the ventilation model, long-term design, gas detector fleet (maintenance, training, and data review), and post-blast gas clearing (procedures, designs, and gas clear team member). • Care and Maintenance included barricading off areas underground, cost reduction measures, and long term storage plans.• Technical writing included Implementation Plan and NI 43-101 compliant technical report.• Additionally worked with survey, planning (development and permitting prints), safety (policies, procedures, and investigations), maintenance (shaft inspection, hoist inspection, dewatering system), and coded for databases and compilers.

• Mandated with creation of a cavity model of the three historic underground mines located under the proposed open pit in Geraldton, Ontario.• Additionally, created a database of comparable costs, was involved in project evaluations, and acted as office administrator for the Toronto office.• Used AutoCAD, Promine, and Global Mapper for design work and Microsoft Excel for database creation.

• Duties as a Long Term Technician included Stope Design, Ore Reserve Updates, Stope Reconciliation, and Driving Layouts.• Special Projects included Level Closure and Stope Turnover Cycle Data Collection.• Used AutoCAD and AMine for design work and Enhanced Production Scheduler (EPS) for scheduling.

• As the summer intern, under the supervision of their mining analyst, I contributed by developing financial models of various mining companies using Microsoft Excel.
