Executed turnaround of leading provider of SAAS products to governmental agencies with revenue of $30MM owned by leading PE firm. Drove revenue increase of 65% and cash flow increase of 25% over two years, resulting in successful sale to strategic buyer for 1.5x revenue with equity creation of $25MM.

Developed and executed strategic plan for start-up focused on combining e-commerce with philanthropic organizational giving. Shut business down when Internet capital crash occurred.

Successor company to Bell Atlantic Properties, AAPT was one of largest private REITS in country with over $1.1BB of assets under management. Merged two private companies into one streamlined entity, driving CAGR revenue growth of 18% and cash flow growth of 15%. Drove exit to public buyer @3.5X capital over 2.5 year hold with equity value creation of ~$110MM.

Executed on strategic and operational plan in performance improvement plan for Fortune 10 investment real estate subsidiary with AUM of $1.0BB and 60 FTE, driving cash flow CAGR of 22% over five years. Led to largest management buyout of a commercial real estate company in the country in the decade.
