I am a Partner in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Wilson Sonsini and serve on the firm-wide Hiring Committee and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. I also serve on the board of the Wilson Sonsini Foundation.I am a corporate governance and Delaware law specialist, providing advice to clients through all stages of a company’s life cycle, including with regard to fiduciary duties, entity formation, venture financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and statutory requirements. I also represent special committees of boards of directors in mergers, internal investigations and other transactions, and provide corporate advice in the context of litigation and appraisals.I am an aviation, travel and weather enthusiast.
