Over the last twelve years, I've been at big-name global ad agencies to smaller, indie creative shops. I've covered industries such as Alcohol, entertainment, tourism, tech, and telecoms. Along the way, I've done a bit of everything – from building brand strategies and design systems, to juggling tricky client relationships and handling the nitty-gritty of creative and production. I've also thrived in leadership roles, mentoring my squad and sitting on the management team in my last two positions. Each role taught me something new about leadership and the kind of workplace and people I connect with.I'm all about teamwork – Every success has a solid team at the heart of it.
