By 23, I was in NYC, working in a fine dining restaurant and learning everything I could about food, wine, and cocktails.In my thirties, I moved into management, eventually in boutique hotels like The Bowery, working with industry legends Sean MacPherson and Eric Goode. I then shifted to development, conceiving and operating hotels and F&B concepts, most recently the Michelin-keyed Esmé Miami Beach.Now, with three decades in the industry, I co-founded Custard. with designer Paul Bishop.
