With over 17 years of experience in global security, I have developed and implemented security strategies and programs that support the business needs and goals of our customers and stakeholders in the food and logistics industries.My core competencies include supply chain security, brand protection, program compliance, physical security, training, and crisis management. I have delivered key initiatives and achievements such as improving the security audit, assessment, and improvement process, establishing best practices and protocols for physical security, developing and deploying training programs on various security topics, and directing a cross-functional team to address workplace violence, threat assessments, and labor contingency plans.
