Manages a team of QIDP Case Managers, Enrichment Manager and Direct Service Professionals serving over 100 individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a day services setting. Responsible for development, oversight and execution of daily programming both in-house and in community settings. Increased enrollment of persons served by 10% within the first year of obtaining the position. Continued to serve as the Manager of Supported Employment Services and managing the staff and programs in that department. Manages a team of Job Developers and Job Coaches to find jobs for and provide ongoing supports to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a variety of job markets. Expanded Supported Employment services to an additional 15% of individuals within the organization per fiscal year. Developed new and sustaining relationships with employment partners within the community and service area. Developed new policies and procedures within the Supported Employment Department to improve efficiency, decrease waste and increase people served without increasing the cost of services to the agency or the stakeholders. Responsible for department quality assurance, budgets and fee-for-service billing to the Department of Human Services. Completed Train the Trainer PHI National Coaching Approach to Management and responsible for training the Executive team, department heads and managers throughout the organization on employee management and culture change. Serves on the Behavior Management Committee, the Quality Assurance Committee, and the Health, Safety and Accessibility Committees.
