CurrentSenior policy adviser role in the Redress and Consumer Insight Department within the FCA's Consumers and Competition Group. Current and recent projects include:-Policy lead for the 2017 review of the FCA-mandated economic assumptions used in the preparation of projections for packaged products, including personal pension schemes-Policy lead for the FCA's work to expand the Financial Ombudsman Service to larger SME complainants-Policy lead for the 2018 review of the Financial Ombudsman Service's award limit-FCA policy lead for the 'onshoring' of various EU consumer protection legislation in preparation for Brexit-Policy lead for advising the FCA Oversight Committee on its oversight of the Financial Ombudsman Service, including approval of the Ombudsman Service’s annual budget -Management of the FCA’s relationship with the Financial Ombudsman Service
