Additionally, I lead Counter Measures Company to 28% margins and MABS 16 to 48%. I have extensive expertise in lean manufacturing, global sourcing, quality assurance, and process improvement, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration. I have successfully implemented low-cost manufacturing strategies, reduced inventory and overhead costs, improved productivity and cycle time, and developed international supply chains and suppliers. I have also trained and empowered multi-site management and sales teams, and fostered strong customer and vendor relations. I am currently an executive board member and advisor at NMG Aerospace, a leading provider of precision machining, engineering, and design services.
