Previously working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Healthy Connections Clinic, I provided tailored and specialized exercise programs for rehabilitation and health management for clients with chronic disease ranging from; musculoskeletal pathologies, Phase III and IV Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, metabolic conditions, and general healthy populations within the community. I was responsible for:• Conducting health assessments investigating previous medical history, exercise history, social history to best tailor and design individualized exercise programs for the clinical or home environment.• Delivery of exercise intervention in both clinical and home environments to both individuals and groups. • Supervision of practicum students, and delivering feedback to managers/head clinical educators.
