Provide excellent customer service and exceptional expertise for customers.Handle all aspects of the sale, including contracts and warranties, customer payments, processing transactions such as sales orders, returns, and exchanges, as well as online pick-ups, credit card payments, and installations.Build deeper relationships with customers by being empathetic to their needs and offering solutions that will bring them and their families closer to technology.

Operation of heavy equipment (Pallet jack, electric pallet jack, order picker platform, electric ladder, electric reach truck, small & large propane forklift).Use of cash register and various computer systems, including special order system (ESVS), blinds ordering system, appliance ordering, customer profiles, pro sales, doors/windows, inventory management, etc...Maintaining merchandise integrity through tasking, down-stocking, facing, and ordering as needed.Assisting customers in-store and on the phone to register they receive the correct product. If a product cannot be found in-store, assisting customers with ordering through App, web, or special order system.

All previously stated duties, and:Managing and training a small team (3+) to run social media sales and maintain an online presence.Creation of live streaming media channels for customers to view progress at the job site.Management and creation of persistent customer database to be used by field sales agents.

Read/reply to messages with customers through social media channels.Edit video, photos, and other digital media for web/physical use.Initiate seasonal contracts, including, but not limited to, the sale of heavy equipment, snowplows, snow removal contracts, and property management.Update field sales of potential new clients.
