I am an experienced speaker, facilitator and coach with a passion for helping people, teams, and leaders thrive. With over 16 years of experience in people development and a deep understanding of behavioural science, I work with organisations to help develop team and leadership skills that stimulate a measurable and sustainable difference to their everyday performance. As co-founder and Director of Unify Partnership, my purpose is to design, deliver and support our incredible team in meeting our client's people, team, and leadership-related needs. I am also a qualified practitioner of the Insights Discovery model of behaviour with an extensive understanding of most popular psychometric tools and how they are best applied.
