Having previously owned and managed my own small business, I have a unique insight into all aspects of a company and how they must be integrated to be successful. Beyond those skills I have the ability to think outside of the box, able to identify possible outcomes from a decision or course of action that may not be obvious. Able to identify competitive and environmental factors that may cause unexpected challenges. My greatest area of expertise is in the selling arena. My individual selling expertise and ability to train and communicate this to others is very fulfilling.
