My name is James Thrams. I am an IT Professional living in Hartford WI. I currently work Customer Support Engineer Analyst with API Healthcare with years of experience working in front-line support.I have an Associate’s Degree in Network Services Technology from Edison State College in Fort Myers, Fl. (now Florida South-Western State College) and a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Languages from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. In the workplace I enjoy working with a high-performing team of associates motivated to exceeding client expectations and delivering consistent results. I make use of analytical troubleshooting but am also not afraid to think outside of the box to find innovative solutions to problems. I am passionate about building my skills and personal knowledge base with the goal of providing the best quality client experience, as well as creating a positive and productive environment with my fellow team members. I value integrity and accountability with my fellow coworkers and my clients, building a partnership based on a foundation of trust. I believe in working tirelessly to produce excellent results for my clients as well as my employer, going above and beyond the requirements of the job, while also contributing positively to company culture and environment. My wife and I both graduated from Martin Luther College and we have three wonderful children. I enjoy spending times outdoors camping, hiking, kayaking, and going to Amusement Parks. I am also an avid reader, I enjoy board games, and love learning about History and Science. I enjoy going to Museums and Historical Sites.
