Management and maintenance of customer’s airworthiness toolset acting the Continuing Airworthiness Management Service's interface between the operator and Coordinating Design Organisation (CDO) for technical queries at a tactical level. Supporting the design organisation and operators in the design, engineering management and integration assurance of the project's system design through subject matter expertise. Conduct formal technical reviews of supplier deliverables in line with the published process and coordinated end-to-end management of technical enquiries, engineering instructions, and other approved data complied within the regulatory framework. Authoring of technical airworthiness instructions to address emergent flight safety issues within the operator's fleet, and to ensure awareness of potential fleet wide issues across the operator community. • Established Single Point of Capture (SPOC) in Oman Technical Services Platform Integration team and developed processes to manage technical queries and airworthiness technical instructions, and build an efficient and safe system to manage the customer's approved data set.• Delivered on-the-job training and mentoring to RAFO personnel assigned to the Technical Services Platform Integration team.• Developed and enhanced many elements of the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management airworthiness toolset in collaboration with the Typhoon Fast Jet Support and Oman maintenance teams.

Provided technical management support and guidance across flying tasks and depth maintenance operations for the UK customer airworthiness database toolset as a focal point between the operator and engineering/subject matter expert teams. Assisted the deployed RAF community in ensuring continued operations.
