We are a New Hampshire based home buying specialist company. We work with a variety of homeowners, facing a variety of situations. We also purchase homes in Michigan, which are re-sold on financing terms. Reselling homes on financing terms (no qualifications, no checks) - has opened up new opportunities for folks who wish to own a home, but may otherwise not qualify for a traditional mortgage.

While working for the Hudson Police Department, I primarily operated as an FTO and assisted new recruits in their over-all development as a new officer. I worked closely with recruits and evaluated their effectiveness on patrol. Areas of coaching and development included a wide variety of areas, including effective communication, report writing/development, officer safety, and a wide-variety of skills.

While working for the New Boston Police Department, I was certified as a: Field Training Officer, OC Instructor, and Defensive Tactics Instructor. I was responsible for training new officers, and coordinating their daily patrol activities. This also included providing instruction, evaluating officer effectiveness, reviewing reports/writing, and working to develop new recruits into well-rounded officers. As an instructor, I worked to train officers in developing skill in defensive tactics and the use of OC spray.

Work Performed:• Assisted records management in entering civil citations, editing citations, and organizing citations• Worked with the detective’s bureau in regards to Criminal Justice Database information.• Shadowed police officers and gaining an understanding of police processes, and technology used by police such as License Plate Readers, radar technology, and patrol strategies. • Gained insight on the inner-workings of a police organization, and communication through the chain of command.
