With over 23 years of experience in corporate strategy, learning, and development, I have been a passionate and effective professional development program manager at Dell Technologies. Now, I am actively searching for my next adventure. My most recent role was activating learning across eight academies for professionals across diverse functions in Dell's Vice-Chairman organization, maximizing learner success and satisfaction.I leverage my skills in project and program management, procurement and vendor management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and cross-functional partnerships to procure new content and modalities, optimize for delight, and balance catalytic and functional content. I also have a background in call center process design and improvement, customer relationship management, and business intelligence, which I apply to enhance the learning outcomes and impact of the programs I manage. My focus has been to enable learning and growth for 30K professionals at Dell, empowering them to achieve their goals and contribute to the company's vision.
