• Project team leader for migration of 38 NetWare 5.1 servers and Novell GroupWise system to MICROSOFT WINDOWS 2000 and MICROSOFT EXCHANGE systems. Project also consisted of migrating an NT 4.0 domain with 32 servers to the same new ACTIVE DIRECTORY domain. Team leaders were also responsible for R&D of migration utilities and procedures, AD design, scheduling and budget control.• Project for upgrading all Novell 4.x Servers to NetWare 5.1. Duties included assisting the project manager with budgeting, scheduling of resources, server sizing and installation for hardware and software• Implemented a plan to use Citrix Metaframe servers for access to centralized accounting spreadsheets.• Maintained NOVELL GROUPWISE in a seven domain, 48 Post Office environment.• Managed over 40 servers running in a WAN/LAN environment and served as second level support for the resident Help Desk staff.
