Implemented Kanban-based agile development methodology. Responsible for a $2.5M budget and 20 direct + indirect reports.Took a post as the corporate CIO, then returned by choice to continue leading this team to implement an exclusive partner integration with Microsoft Windows Live Photo Gallery using WPF and Silverlight. Dramatically increased application scalability through expanded use of Amazon Web Services cloud computing. Responsible for $2M budget and 12 direct reports in 2010. As of June 2011, responsible for the entire business adding marketing, customer service, and operations into my purview, leading the business unit to be acquired by Snap MyLife in January 2012.

Responsible for all IT aspects of global $80M+ company with locations in Indiana, New Jersey, the UK, and Philippines. Led the integration of several acquisitions and their on-boarding onto a common platform based on SalesForce.com, BizTalk, Ektron, Dynamics GP and SQL Server. Consolidated the processes and systems of three geographically separated development teams and two IT operations teams. Responsible for a $5M budget and 35 direct + indirect reports.

Directly responsible for all aspects of SaaS-based quality system implementation with large automotive customers including General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, and Magna. Led several $1M+ system integration projects to connect on-premise mainframe applications with web-based SaaS systems. Directly responsible for the selection and management of an off-shore implementation partner, including time on the ground in India.Conducted on-site visits & roundtables with customer groups, wrote whitepapers, and created business cases and product roadmaps focusing on core technology, integration and reporting interfaces for the company’s SaaS and enterprise quality applications for manufacturing.Responsible for the design and performance optimization of a message bus notification system for a SaaS web application for automotive supply chain, using SQL Server 2000 notifications and .NET 1.1

Co-founder of this document management company. Responsible for data layer design and implementation using SQL Server 6.5-2000 and for client design and development using VB 6. The application is still in use today at Werner Co. and hosts more than 10M documents.
