My Career Experience Learned the science of sales (MEDDICC / Value Selling / 3 Why’s) during a 7 year multi role career journey at MKS / PTC selling ALM / PLM solutions to technical personas in Engineering, Software Dev, IT and Product. My now 20+ year career in the Software and SaaS industry has spanned sales led GTMs (inbound & outbound), to product-led sales, to an entirely product-led growth model at Zeplin, and most recently Open Source at InfluxData. I am a firm believer that bottoms-up product-led growth go to market model when combined with world class sales execution is the most scalable path to $100M ARR and beyond. My sales leadership experience spans all things related to helping Enterprise / Fortune 1000 companies to be successful with digital transformation initiatives typically working very closely with developers / engineering / product teams. My Tech Experience- IaaS, PaaS, Web & Mobile App Platforms, Analytics, Monitoring, IoT, IIoT, DevOps, APM, Big Data, Azure, GCP, AWS, and AI & Machine Learning.My Superpowers - Landing a PLG oriented SaaS business (between Series B to D) in Europe for the first time and building a new team to scale revenues from low single digit millions to $20M+ ARR from the EMEA region (20-30% of global ARR). I’ve done this 3 times now at Xamarin, Zeplin and InfluxData. I am a builder of high performing, highly technical oriented solution sales & success teams of 20+ people. Built from scratch multi-disciplinary teams spanning both Enterprise and Commercial / Mid Market segments, and hired for roles including BDRs, Enterprise Account Execs (new logo acquisition), Enterprise Account Managers (expansion), Customer Success Managers (adoption/retention/advocacy), and Solutions Engineers (implementation).
