Key achievements:- Built and managed a product team to build a prototype that became a £25m annual turnover product in 6 monthsI was responsible for managing the operations teams to provide continual improvement on the operations side of the 120 person agency through process and system evaluation and redesign. I also delivered a large project to create an innovative big data solution for a brand new key client.

Key achievements:- Crafted a product team from a group of individuals that had great domain knowledge but disparate skills and experiences- Integrated the team into the business and knocked down barriers that existed between the development, sales and support functions through new ways of working, clear vision and definition of the roles, responsibilities and processes as well as personal interaction with the individuals- Set the product vision and strategy and built the tactics with the team to introduce a more rigorous and scientific way of working that covered the full product lifecycleThis was an interim director level role to lead the product team and introduce a process and customer driven method of working. After spending time requirements gathering by working with the teams I designed and implemented new ways of working.

I was employed to help build the processes and lead the local and international teams to manage new multi-disciplinary teams built around strategy, operational transformation, innovation, go-to market and other key skill sets. My work spanned the UK “Digital and Innovations” and global “Data and Analytics” teams which successfully created the Data Observatory with Imperial College London.With global I developed physical and operational blueprints to productise the “Insight Centers” and worked with teams in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, US, Australia, France, Netherlands and South Africa to create and operate their centers.

Key acheivements:- A key part of the team that was responsible for finding and winning many high profile clients and projects- Lead the scope, design and delivery of the award winning Guardian bookshop websiteI was responsible for requirements gathering and solution designing, and was the lead on the award winning (Brand Republic strategy: website 2015) Guardian Bookshop site.

I have worked with companies as large as River Island and all the way down to out of garage start ups.
