As an experienced senior executive who has worked across multiple disciplines, sectors and geographies, I enjoy and thrive when collaborating with clients and the various companies within the TXM Group is designing and implementing human capital solutions that 'fix' and or 'improve' the strategic and operational output for people and clients.I am always keen to speak to people and companies who want to improve and develop their business through their most important asset - THEIR PEOPLE. In particular, coaching at grassroots level and working with young boys and girls, in addition I am an undertaking a 2 year course via the PFA Business School to understand the business of football via the Diploma in Global Football Business Management course that I am attending along with other current and former professional footballers.
