As an assistant manager, I handle a lot of the recruiting efforts for a nationally ranked office. In my role, I run 1 - 2 group and 5+ individual interviews a week. I do 1-on-1 coaching/PDI calls with representatives to help them improve their sales results. Alongside this, I've launched over 10 PRs and sold over $3,000 in personal sales while still being a full-time student.

Generated over $15,000 in personal sales doing primarily virtual, over-the-phone presentations on a part-time schedule. Through my work ethic, my willingness to coach and learn, alongside my enthusiastic and vocal persona, I demonstrated a leadership attitude that got me invited into the company's student management program. I excelled in this program and got promoted to Assistant manager within the company.

While in this position, my small team of 5 worked directly under the town Mayor to bring more unity to our diverse community and promote inclusion in all aspects of our town. This took place amidst the 2020 civil rights movement and through the pandemic. Because of this, my group had to find creative ways to bring people together and allow everyone's voice and concerns to be heard, while also maintaining a safe environment abiding by COVID regulations. - We hosted various large community events, including but not limited to, Drive-in movie nights, open-mic sit-ins, Vigil, and helping orchestrate our first inaugural Juneteenth ceremony. - We shot an interview with our police department expressing concerns of the public that was aired on Norwood TV. - We had to find and manage budgets of $10,000 - 15,000 for these events. - We took concerns of our communities and presented them at town meetings. - My group was also tasked to revise some courses within our curriculum to make them more racially sensitive and inclusive. - We were also asked to reform the way our schools handle racial discrimination incidents among students. - While working so closely under the town manager, we were taught how to plan and oversee budgets and got to look into our town's million-dollar budget and plan for road reconstruction.
