• Assisted in preparation and reopening of the audio tour programs for the Statue of Liberty National Monument (July 2013) and Ellis Island Immigration Museum (October 2013) in wake of Hurricane Sandy.• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of audio tour operations at the Statue of Liberty (July 2013 – January 2018), Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration (October 2013 - March 2014; January 2016 – January 2018), and the Museum of Modern Art (March 2016 – November 2016). • Recruit, train, and manage staff of up to 80 full time, part time, and seasonal employees.• Maximized audio tour take up rates at all-inclusive sites; 9% increase over first two years. • Develop and implement loss prevention policies to ensure audio tour returns.• Increased staffing efficiency by creating customized seasonal scheduling.• Worked with staffing agency to develop hiring plans and speak weekly to discuss status of employees. • Create weekly and monthly reports on player distribution, inventory, wait times, and site changes.• Acted as client contact in the seven month absence of a Client Services Manager (September 2013 - April 2014).• Track and submit payroll for all weekly and bi-weekly employees.
