As a Senior Analyst, I worked as the technology lead for multiple accounts. Responsibilities varied from account to account, and included• Project Management for the technology builds; accounts included a rewards program for InterContinental Hotel Group, Oral-B, Tampax, Always, and AT&T.• Work with Creative, Marketing, Client, and the Statistics & Analysis group on all phases of an email campaign.• Assisted vendors, set up a workflow between them and Digitas, and answered any technical questions they may have had.• Represented the development team for the accounts I was managing.• Ran status calls between the Digitas Marketing team, the client and the vendor.• Managed development teams in the U.S. and offshore in Costa Rica.• Wrote technical specs for site builds, Tampax global redesign, as well as other documentation for training.
