I have over 25 years of experience in various areas of the law with a focus on Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy. I also represent several large residential apartment complexes in landlord/tenant matters. I litigate cases in courtrooms throughout the Commonwealth, including administrative, trial and appellate level courts. In addition, I am admitted to practice in federal court. My significant experience and reputation work to my client's advantage in both the courtroom and at the negotiating table where I ensure that my client's rights are protected and that they receive the maximum benefits allowed under the law.I am a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. In 1998, I was awarded a Distinguished Service Award by the Montgomery County Bar Association for my contribution to the public through the Legal Access Project, a program that provides legal representation at a reduced cost for low income individuals. In addition, I have addressed the Workers' Compensation Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association on Legal Ethics in Workers' Compensation.I am a referral attorney and occasional speaker for the Philadelphia Area Project on Occupational Safety and Health (PhilaPOSH). PhilaPOSH is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers and improving workplace safety throughout the Philadelphia region.
