I joined the Dynamic Packaging start-up and grew trade sales from zero to £20M per annum by building relationships and selling our product to many of the individual travel agents as well as signing some of the major consortia groups of agents in the UK. I had direct responsibility for trade sales, distribution and partnerships which included design and implementation of a stand-alone dedicated trade website delivering £20M+ per annum. I was also involved in the strategic planning and direction for our multi site call centre and had hands on management to deliver core KPI’s as well as managing costs and efficiencies. I developed trade partnerships and affiliates relationships as well. Other key projects involved web design and content.
