As the only quantity surveyor in the Lingang JV company for more than 10 years, performed the whole function of quantity surveying from estimate, procurement, cost monitoring and final account, intensively involved in construction cost trends monitoring, warehouse lay-out design, value engineering, investment memo preparation and customer service, also closely worked with various departments for the daily operation of the company.
