I focus on looking to partner/support others in breaking down the barriers of personal and business change by opening their minds to truly live their story and empower those around them to do likewise.Driven by looking to empower businesses and individuals alike to remain relevant to those they employ and serve in what is an everchanging world, my career to date, which in the last 10+ years has been as the CEO of two multinational professional service networks, has provided me the opportunity to work with thousands of business leaders within both the professional services sector (from local independent market leading firms, Big 4, Magic Circle law firms and networks/alliances) and businesses from SMEs to Fortune 100 companies. This journey has taken me to 80+ countries. In May 2020, I set up Business Vision Consulting to focus on and influence others to be relevant on their journey ahead.Life and business are all about a journey. My journey has allowed me to meet and visit thousands of professional service firms, SME businesses and Fortune 100 companies in 80+ countries. Meeting with decision makers/owners, I have listened to the stories of their journeys and how they are look to create opportunities and success while those around them are lost in the threats/challenges of the market. Yes there are many challenges in the world around us at the moment but there are also opportunities for those with right mindset.
