Within Contract Administration and Finance I was responsible for the production of all financial claims relating to the New Deal contract (approx £10m per financial year), payments to jobseekers, office expenditure, validation of all contract paperwork and preparing and managing internal and external audits.Design and implementation of a pan London provision referral process for use by Consultants across all Employment Zone contracts in London including development of business processes and management systems. To deliver the project I had to liaise with the Provisions Team to design the process, create process flow charts and training materials for consultants, create a number of provider accrual sheets to report costs, train existing staff in new processes. The provisions cost for the New Deal and Employment Zone contracts totalled £1.5m per year. -
