Responsibilities include:Prospecting Activity - Develops and maintains prospect database - Aids in research process for prospect dossiers - Assist in production of prospecting events Pitch Activity - Leads content/production of RFI/RFP submissions - Works with local offices to support pitch process (content development, project management, production)Production Activity - Works with proofreading, print studio and production studio to support the management of all pitch materials and marketing assets (presentations, collateral, leave-behind materials, boards, videos, etc.)Marketing - Coordinate planning and development of basic agency materials (kits, brochures, newsletters, gifts, etc.) and assist in developing any new or special materials needed for initial new business meetingsGlobal Administration - Initiates and manages effective relationships with local leads on a continuous basis - Prepares reporting for Global and Senior management - Tracks pitch costs throughout process to ensure completion of projects within approved budgets

- Led TMA Digital Engagement new business activity- Collaborated with Strategy, Creative, Analytics and Account teams to ensure RFP responses and presentations told an effective story with a compelling business case- Managed outside freelancers as needed for larger proposals - Elevated external materials and maintained internal system of marketing initiatives such as: case studies, conferences, awards, subscriptions, and general content calendars
