After graduating I became the Senior Chaplains Lay Assistant. In this capacity I assisted the Chaplain in managing the weekly programme of events and co-ordinating the activities of the student society. I was also engaged in the administration of the centre dealing with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, and at times involved in counselling activities. Key interpersonal, organisational, diplomacy and teamwork skills were well practised here.
