I am the owner and operator of Splash Screen Tech, your one-stop shop for computer needs in Delaware. I build custom PCs and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and more. I can also set up networks and help you diagnose and fix smartphone issues.

Working closely with other members of the Field Operations Team, I help provide support to thousands of users and students throughout Capital School District. Day-to-day duties include traveling between four schools within the district to handle service requests/tickets submitted by faculty and staff; installing new equipment such as computers, televisions, monitors, projectors, SMART Boards, and networking equipment; troubleshooting phone systems and security cameras; device deployment, user account support, and closing out service requests/tickets.I have experience in setting up CISCO VoIP phones. I use CISCO Unified CM Administration to set up new phone extensions, new phones, and manage CISCO VoIP licenses. I use a Video Management System (VMS) software called ExacqVision to view and manage the security cameras throughout the building.

I was also responsible for end-user support for all computer and communications systems, networking, and server side maintenance. I troubleshooted and replaced hardware, hard drives, memory, and other networking peripherals. I also installed operating systems and reload desktops and notebooks. I worked with the help desk ticketing system to track and resolve issues. I frequently had to handle a large number of calls and tickets, and worked with users of all levels.

I used HTML to create headers and navigation bars and to modify the appearance of text on various websites. I created written content for clients' websites. I also optimized various graphics, such as photos, for clients. I used photo editing software to crop images and add graphics and text to them.

I checked in and put away parts, did stock counts and issued out parts, managed inventory by using computer software (including Microsoft Office), and other duties as assigned. I also did a lot of physical work with electric motors (up to 70 pounds), I drove a forklift and a pallet jack.

I specialized in selling cell phones, laptops, tablets, televisions, home audio equipment, cameras, and more. My main duties were to maintain all laptops, tablets, and cell phones and help customers find the right product for them. I also identified problems with various electronic devices and repaired them. I was one of the top salesmen every month I worked for Sony. I was seen as one of the most knowledgeable employees at the store, and many customers kept returning to do business with me specifically. I, along with other employees at the store, was forced to leave because the company decided to close Sony's Rehoboth Beach location.

I started at GameStop as a Game Advisor and was promoted to Senior Game Advisor in late 2012. I managed cash registers, helped with marketing strategies, replenished merchandise shelves with items from the stockroom, organized the store, and assisted customers to ensure that they left the store satisfied. I also had to troubleshoot issues with hardware and software of game systems, and I helped set up the store's network of computers.
