I designed, developed, and deployed an API to collect measurement information from embedded systems in locations all over the country (WebApi, SQL, Azure, Web Jobs, Loggly). In order to display this information to the clients who use it to track day-to-day operations metrics, I created a responsive web application to display graphing information and other operations metrics. This site also includes a suite of administrative pages to manage customer data and troubleshoot issues (WebApi, Asp.Net MVC, SQL, Azure, AngularJS)

I assisted in the development and refactoring of their product's front end design and user interaction (CSS, JavaScript, Angular)

Assisted in coding of a self-service portal for payment services using C#, Backbone, Marionette and Grunt.

Front End Development lead for a re-branding effort (Less, CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript). Integrated with third party services to test the effectiveness of out-of-wallet questions for approving debit card applications (WCF client). Analyzed a fraud ring using multiple points of commonality to determine the size of the ring and recover money (C#, ADO.Net and SQL Server). Rewrote the application process to be more responsive (using KnockoutJS, AmplifyJS and jQuery). Rewrote the deposit management screens of an internal customer service portal, migrating them into a more modern version of ASP.Net WebForms. Expanded the dispute resolution process adding administration screens and additional dispute types (ASP.Net, KnockoutJS, AmplifyJS, jQuery). Gave four lunch-and-learns (jQuery, KnockoutJS and AmplifyJs, Twitter Bootstrap, and LESS)

Cincinnati Financial Corporation - Created a common user control library to standardize the user interface look and feel. Developed responsive web pages using WCF, jQuery and JSON to enhance the user experience. Developed a dependency injection engine to dynamically create supporting business classes. This eased maintenance concerns caused by changes introduced during quarterly filings. Utilized the MVP pattern inside an ASP.Net Web Forms application. Gathered and refined requirements for initial development and change requests. Spoke at 2 company developer nights, once on jQuery and the other on ASP.Net 4.National City Commercial Capital - Developed a bulk uploading utility for lease applications by refactoring an older design into VB.Net. Organized user acceptance testing meetings. Assisted in the development of the disbursement tracking system for an equipment lease management application. Designed, developed and deployed a quote web service using SOAP and ASMX web services.

Analyzed and developed a Web Forms solution for billing volume adjustments (ASP.net, C#). This reduced processing time by 75%. Created invoice calculation engine (PL/SQL and SQL) for a corporate billing system. Developed an interface for Vertex O series tax module using XML and web services (C#). Served as liaison and technical lead for client during system/acceptance testing. Fully developed a call center schedule modification request application. Enhanced the call QA database by adding reporting functionality. Answered staffing and scheduling concerns with ad hoc reporting.
