I coordinate the careers offer across a multi academy trust of secondary and primary schools by running a series of events, activities and providing expert one-to-one guidance with students and their families to help them lead a happy and healthy life beyond school.In addition to my core duties, I support the trust with effective marketing strategies activities to increase student applications, to breakdown barriers between school and the world of work as well as bringing the school into the community and community into the school.I also support HR with staff recruitment activities for teachers, trainee teachers and support staff.
