Successfully resourced product from Asia to Western Hemisphere to reduce leadtimes, improve costing using duty free suppliers, and Asian fabric sources. Implemented Quality Standards Program for fabric and import suppliers to ensure first quality manufacturing in both fabric development and manufacturing.

Responsible for all costing for all athletic uniform categories: basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, lacrosse. Successfully reduced import vendor supplier base by going direct to import suppliers. Lowered costing across all programs by redeveloping fabrics at designated supplier in Asia generating bottom lines savings of more than 10 to 15% across core programs in basketball, football and baseball styles.
