As VP of Integrated Marketing at Aflac, I worked across key functional groups to revolutionize how Aflac set and exceeded marketing objectives. I produced enterprise-wide Integrated marketing strategy and executed across the consumer, B2B, broker, and recruiting businesses, including product marketing, demand generation, business planning, brand, messaging, advertising, analytics, media buying, social media, communications, and market research. I increased revenue by launching Aflac's first direct-to-consumer initiative, I launched the Aflac Duck on social media, and created the first-ever iPad sales app for field agents to generate compelling interactive multimedia sales presentations. Two of the most notable campaigns I conceived of and executed were the “Answer the Duck's Call” campaign to find a new voice for the Aflac Duck, and the record-setting Aflac "Join the Cause" social media philanthropy campaign for the Aflac Childhood Cancer Center in Atlanta.
