My name is James Witham, and I have been a broadcast professional since my cousin and I started an internet radio station when I was in college. Over the next 18+ years I have made it a point to learn and do as much as I possibly can in the industry. I have been an on-air personality, broadcast engineer, host, emcee and much more. I also acquired skills in audio production, social media and networking.I am currently the owner and host of the Down And Nerdy Podcast, where I tend to the day to day activities of the show. I also work as an on-air personality for Max Media LLC in Virginia Beach and have a seasonal position as on-site engineer for Old Dominion Sports Properties for their football program. I also began working as the full time sideline reporter for ODU Football during the 2021 season.When I am not working, I am a devoted husband and loving father to my three children and dog. I enjoy reading, watching movies and television, video games and playing various sports. What I enjoy most is an intelligent conversation with someone who has similar interests, or learning more from someone who can enlighten me.
